Joseph started New Paths Forward in 2015 as a mental health therapist. After years of providing counseling for patients and with growing concern over the lack of options for his clients to be prescribed medication, he decided to go back to school to learn psychiatric medicine at Yale. He has reestablished New Paths Forward as a place for patients to receive expert medication management and therapy.

New Paths Forward will be growing to include one of Joseph's colleagues from Yale, as well as a behavioral health therapist who will join the team later in the year.
